The flame-retardant conveyor belt with a solid braided structure, also known as an all‑core flame‑retardant conveyor belt, employs an integral braiding process, with the core layer formed from fibers braided in one continuous operation, eliminating separations and bonding interfaces between canvas layers. It is impregnated with PVC or PVG, combining high strength, tear resistance, and excellent flame‑retardant and antistatic properties. This conveyor belt is specially designed for high‑risk environments, such as underground mines, meeting safety standards for mining transportation.

1. Fully braided, without layers
The core is integrally braided, eliminating the delamination issue common in conveyor belts with separate layers. It resists impacts and tears; under impact from ore or coal, it neither delaminates nor separates, thereby extending its service life.
2. Flame-retardant and antistatic, safe and reliable
It possesses excellent flame-retardant and antistatic properties. When exposed to an open flame, it does not burn easily; static electricity is rapidly dissipated, preventing the risk of gas or dust explosions. It complies with mining safety standards.
3. High toughness and puncture resistance
The solid braided structure is dense and puncture-resistant; sharp stones or coal tailings can hardly penetrate the belt. It is suitable for conveying raw coal, tailings, and other hard materials.
4. Flexible and good performance in corners
The braided structure provides good flexibility and excellent fit, allowing it to be used with smaller-diameter rollers, thereby making the conveyor’s structural design more versatile.
5. Available in two types of rubber
