Product Introduction
The acid- and base-resistant conveyor belt is constructed with a high-strength fabric carcass coated with a special layer of acid- and base-resistant rubber, integrally vulcanized at high temperature. It is particularly suited for conveying applications involving acidic, alkaline, saline solutions, or corrosive materials; the rubber layer resists chemical corrosion, preventing the belt from deteriorating, swelling, cracking, or peeling, thereby ensuring continuous, stable conveyance of corrosive materials.

1. Excellent resistance to acidic and alkaline corrosion
It uses a special rubber formulation resistant to acids and bases, capable of withstanding corrosion from dilute acids, hydrochloric acid, alkaline solutions, and salts. When in contact with corrosive powders or sludges, it does not swell, harden, or sustain damage easily.
2. High strength and tear-resistantInternally, it features a nylon/polyester canvas reinforcement, offering high tensile strength and impact resistance. When transporting corrosive and abrasive materials, it is puncture-resistant, does not tear easily, and neither deforms nor stretches.
3. Wear-resistant and durableThe rubber layer also exhibits wear resistance, undergoing slow wear under continuous friction. Under corrosive and abrasive conditions, its service life exceeds that of conventional conveyor belts.
4. Customizable specificationsWidth, number of layers, and rubber thickness can be customized to meet specific requirements. It can be manufactured with ring‑shaped joints and supports either hot‑ or cold‑splicing on site.
